Baptisms

Baptism is the sacrament of entry into the Christian Church and the Methodist Church, like most denominations, administers the sacrament to both adults and young children.

Some people choose to have an act of thanksgiving after the birth or adoption of a child as they feel, for whatever reason, that a service of baptism is not right for them, but still wish to celebrate the birth of their child in worship. This happens less often.

Baptisms and Blessings are performed as a part of the Sunday morning worship.
