The Upper Thames Circuit and Highworth Methodist Church are seeking an enthusiastic and committed:
MISSION ENABLER
To commence duties in September 2017 or as soon as possible thereafter.

This is a new full time position.

The successful candidate will be a member of the leadership team of the church working with the minister and stewards to:
 Develop discipleship and evangelism in the church and community
 Identify and share outreach opportunities
 Take the initiative in discipleship and mission with young people,
working with and growing the existing team of volunteers
 Work in partnership to explore and facilitate fresh expressions of what it
means to be church.
