Latin Link Lunch
WMC: January 2017
The Friday Lunch on 27th January, had a real Latin American feel to it, with proceeds from the lunch going to help two of our young people, Zack and Jordan who will shortly be departing to Ecuador for four months with Latin Link.
Latin Link is a Christian charity working with local churches in Latin American countries to meet the needs of their communities.
Zack and Jordan have been working extremely hard to raise the money they need to take part in this very worthwhile project. The proceeds from this lunch will enable them to reach their target.
The main course, was Gloria's Latin Chicken and Rice, which went down a storm.
The desserts were Apple pie or Ginger Grundy.
The next Friday Lunch will be on Friday 10th October at 12:15pm — everyone is welcome — do come along and join us.
