Memorial Service
WMC: September 2018
Our annual sectional Memorial service where we invite those who have been bereaved to come and remember those they love but see no longer, will this year, be held on Sunday 28th October at Grove Methodist Church at 3:00 pm.
This service will give us an opportunity to remember with thankfulness those who have died. We will be able to say some prayers, sing a few hymns, light some candles and give thanks to God for them. It will also enable us to bring our present concerns to God and together find comfort and reassurance in the message of hope that is ours.
The service also allows us to remember those who have set us an example and in so many different ways made us who we are today. This service is open to all as together we remember and give thanks for those who have meant so much to us throughout our lives.
Our hope is that everyone who comes will find the occasion both meaningful and helpful.
